Brand Ambassador Terms and Conditions

Sidekick Soda Brand Ambassador Program — summary

If accepted, you agree to create and share authentic content featuring Sidekick Soda on your personal social channels, tag @sidekicksoda and use approved hashtags (including #SidekickSoda and #SidekickCrew where relevant), and post at least three times per month with at least one in-feed post clearly showing Sidekick products.

Ambassadors receive product and perks at Sidekick's discretion — not cash compensation. By participating, you grant Sidekick Soda permission to use your content, image, and likeness in marketing without additional payment or approval rights. All content created for the program may be used by Sidekick in its sole discretion.

You will conduct yourself with integrity, follow applicable advertising disclosure rules, and not sell Sidekick product through unauthorised channels. Sidekick may remove ambassadors who do not meet program standards or end the program at any time.
